Yu-Gi-Oh! Capsule Monsters is a twelve-episode mini-series commissioned, produced, and edited by 4Kids Entertainment and animated by Studio Gallop. The miniseries is officially considered to be part of the fifth season of Yu-Gi-Oh! Duel Monsters, taking place between the events of the "Grand Championship" and "Dawn of the Duel" arcs (episodes 198 and 199).
