Arrow Emblem: Grand Prix no Taka

An anime full of wheel-spinning action, follow Takaya Todoroki: a young man who wants to become a famous racer and built a car to achieve that dream. However, Takaya has a serious accident due to his own negligence. He miraculously survives. As he recovers, a mysterious driver contacts Takaya and asks him to enter onto a famous racing team. This mysterious man is a very famous former driver who appears every now and then to help set Takaya on the right track and most of all: prove himself.
