Kamishiraishi Mone is a Japanese actress and singer managed by Toho Entertainment. Her music label is Universal Music Japan. She spent three years of her childhood in Mexico. Due to that, she became fluent in English and is able to speak basic Spanish. She is the older sister of actress Kamishiraishi Moka.

She is also known for her voice acting as Miyamizu Mitsuha in the movies "Kimi no Na wa (Your Name)" in 2016 and "Tenki no Ko (Weathering With You)" in 2019. On December 24, 2020, it was announced that she will play the main role of Yasuko in the 105th Asadora "Come Come Everybody". Kamishiraishi Mone was selected through an audition from 3061 applicants.
From February to July 2022, she played Chihiro in the stage play "Spirited Away" from Studio Ghibli.
In March and April 2023, she will play the main role of Jane Eyre in the musical “Jane Eyre” directed by John Caird.
