A Japanese singer best known for being the vocalist and guitarist B-DASH, under the stage name GONGON (formerly YUTA), from 1997 to 2017.

After the disbanding of B-DASH in 2017, Sugahara went on to start up his own personal music label, GONGON Records, where he published music from more than 15 different groups all featuring himself, including Sound of Limited and BB Equal.

On July 11, 2024 it was announced that Sugahara had passed away at age 46.
