Yumiko Kobayashi is a Japanese voice actress. Previously affiliated with Arts Vision until August 2007, she now works as a freelance. She announced her marriage on April 7, 2006 and has 2 children.

Part of the seiyuu unit Prits for the anime Sister Princess with other members Natsuko Kuwatani, Hisayo Mochizuki, and Nana Mizuki. The group has been inactive since 2002, although various reunions have occurred.

Took over the voice role of Shinnosuke Nohara on long-running series Crayon Shin-chan from Akiko Yajima starting July 6, 2018.
